I was asked to do 20 dozen cookies, individually wrapped, for the Ladies Christmas Brunch at WHBC. I was so glad to do them, but oh MY, it was a LOT of work! I did a total of 29 dozen cookies in 3 days...I wasn't so sure that was a good idea at the time, but I was glad I did it once it was done!
